The lounge and dining is combined. The dining setting seats 6 and in the lounge there is a 3 +2 seater sofa with 2 seater ottoman to comfortably seat 6 guests. The lounge also boasts a 46" flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound system, a gas log fire and split system air-conditioning.
Both bedrooms have Queen beds. The master has a TV and DVD player. Bedroom 2 has a single trundle bed to sleep an extra guest. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The ottoman in the lounge also converts to a double bed.
The kitchen has all new appliances; gas cooking, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.
The bathroom has a large walk in shower. There is a separate toilet and a front loading washing machine.
The outdoor deck is accessible from the lounge. The outdoor private entertaining area has a shade sail along with natural shade, an outdoor setting to seat six people and a 4 burner BBQ.
At the rear of the property is a private eclectic courtyard and table and chairs for 2.
